Used the search function buy didnt find the answer--
How does a guild get into an alliance, or how does a guild ally with Luxon/Kurzick? Just bought a guild hall, and dont know what to do next. |

Go to either HzH or Cavalon and align yourself. There are Allegiance NPC's in each capital.

Augh, so I gotta PvE?
edit: How far along is it? and which campaign is it in? Please excuse my ignorance, I ascended in prophecies soon after the game came out and quit the game until recently, and all Ive done is TA and RA. |

You have to get about 60% of the way through Factions. Yes, it's stupid.
